*In order to interview live with Eli Lilly & Company at the career fair on March 26th you MUST successfully complete the following pre-employment survey and bring a copy of the email confirmation with you. No candidate will be permitted to interview with a manager or be considered for the position without proof of successfully taking the pre-employment survey.
Please follow the steps below:

- Find an opening in your area. Click on: Apply.
- Fill out all the required & necessary information.
- ATTENTION: when applying you will be asked how you came upon this opportunity. Under "How did you hear about the position?" select from the drop-down tab City Career Fair Diversity. You must click this selection which is important for confirming your score.
- Once you submit your information they will be e-mailing you a link which provides you direct access to pre-employment screening personality assessment. This will take approximately 45 minutes to complete also around 19 pages long.
Once you have completed the survey; on the last page at the bottom should be your results. You will receive one of two responses.
Either:
- Congratulations, you completed the online assessment etc. Print this response for you will need to take it to the interview.
or
- Unfortunately, there are other candidates more qualified than you. ( Note: this means that you cannot be interviewed further, and you can't take the PES for another 6 months.)
